  • Once your recruiter reviews candidates, their top selections will be researched and contacted up to four times via phone, and three times via email to gauge interest and qualifications.
  • All candidates -- active and passive -- receive the same engagement screening to ensure consistent and fair treatment. Candidates are asked 10-15 qualifying questions that you’ve approved.
  • Candidates are available to you beyond the 30-day engagement.
